About Me

I first sat behind the potter’s wheel in my second semester at Wells College in 2011 and was completely hooked! By 2014 I officially started selling my pottery and opened my business, Rebecca Wind Pottery. As years went by and my business continued to grow, it was time for me to move out of my parent’s and venture out on my own! I moved to Rochester with my partner and continued to grow my business. In 2022, my husband and I moved into our forever home in Alfred, NY with our 2 beloved cats. We have since welcomed our golden retriever furbaby and our human baby into our family.

My new home studio is nestled up in the woods overlooking the pond and all sorts of wildlife! While I don’t get as much time in the studio these days, I’m still potting away!
